I appreciated the job he done reading it. He doesn't skip over commas and periods as some do. This allows you a little bit of time to absorb what you just heard. I would have liked it just a tad slower but all in all, it's pretty good and I gave it a 4 star rating

I have listened to Max McClean on biblegateway.com and just had to have a copy of the KJV Bible spoken so elequently by him. I have it on my MP3 and take it every where with me. Max makes the Bible come alive so you can understand it much better. I have two other Bibles on CD and they talk so fast and nonexpressive. So if you want the spoken Word to enjoy get it by Max McClean. I wanted to get the old and new but did not have the funds. I am really happy with my KJV Bible. Thank you for making it. Excellent! To be honest I liked the idea of an audio Bible but I was very sceptical, wondering whether the narrator would capture the spirit of the Word and not just express his own interpretation of the scriptures. I needn't have been concerned , I am so pleased with my audio KJV of the Bible , it is narrated beautifully and does with all sincerity capture the spirit of the written Word.
