“Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God” is considered the most famous sermon ever preached in American history. Jonathan Edwards delivered this message on July 8, 1741 in Enfield, Connecticut. Many who heard it trembled and cried out for mercy. Others fainted. Five hundred people were converted that day.

pointless. many religions agree that it's not your actions or plans that's going to keep you out of hell, so clearly there is no such planning to escape hell. At the end it's mainly about weather you believe in the right or false god, and that matters more than mere deeds or actions or any plans to perform these deeds.

I truly enjoyed both CD;s The Easter Story and Sinners in the Hands of an Angry GOD. While listening it made me feel as if I were there and feeling every emotion. My eyes are not very good but they are better than they were and these CD's really help. I aslo ordered the entire KJV Bible on CD just waiting for the arrival Thank you for your great work in the LORD and may he continually bless you.

AMEN! The message was very powerful and revealed the thoughts that are more than likely on the hearts of men and women, boys and girls across this nation. On the most part, everyone feels that they will die on their own terms and make it to Heaven...NOT SO !!! Hell, to most people appears UNREAL! This message was captivating!!!!

The call to repentance and the reverence lacking today for God is clearly set forth and brought to the listeners mind with in profound truth. We are reminded of our very finite and temporary existence and the need to live remembering the end all be all for all of mankind! Serious stuff indeed in the day in which we lived much needed.
