If 5 stars is the best then this is the best. I've read the scriptures silently for years but to hear it read aloud is so great to hear. Thanks for doing this audio. I look forward to being able at a later date to purchase a set and share it with my teen age grandson. Thanks

We have been reading the Bible together as a family each night for about a year and a half. Originally I read aloud and then, when my voice couldn't take it was moved to listening on Biblegateway.com. We all realized that we really loved listening to Max McLean's reading best and decided that we really should just purchase it so we could listen more easily. We are all thrilled with the cd set and impressed with the reading. Not only that but the music is not overwhelming compared to a lot of the audio Bible's we tried and it is very easy to find where you are each day. Excellent work.

So glad we finally ordered Max! We've heard him read the bible on our Christian radio station....and just knew we needed to have him full time in our home. He is so much easier to listen to than another version of the bible on CD. My husband travels a lot and now Max and the Bible will be traveling with him. Highly recommend this product.

I listen to Max read the Bible on the way to and from work. I learn something each way, every day. So much better for my soul than talk radio. I get out of the fast lane and relax. God Bless Max.

I love listening to Max. This is helping me greatly. I am a new christin and have had trouble with reading the bible, listening and following in my bible has made a big differance for me. I also baught a 2nd one for a elderly friend who can't read and now she can listen at home and reenforce what she hears at church. She is very excited with her copy.
