Entire Listener's Bible (KJV)

My prayers were answered when I ordered The Entire Listener's Bible. My husband loved to read the bible. Then macular degeneration took his vision and about a month ago he was diagnosed with kidney failure and has to have dialysis three times a week. The sessions are four hours long. The Listener's Bible has enriched his life and it is a wonderful blessing to hear him talk about what a joy it is to listen to Max Mc:Lean's narration. The Case and CD's are made of top quality material . Thanks to everyone who helped make this wonderful tool so the less fortunate can enjoy the Bible again. Eternally grateful,

I bought The Listener's Bible, King James Version sometime back and was very happy with it. Max McLean does such a fantastic job narrating the Bible that he really holds your attention. My sister borrowed it for a while and she also loved listening to it so much that I recently purchased another one as a gift for her.

I actually have the both ESV and the KJV recordings. I had started using the KJV as my main translation recently so ordered this set in addition to the one I already have (which is also good and thoroughly recommended). Max McLean does this with real excellence. I prefer his voice and way of expression compared with Alexander Scourby and Stephen Johnson. Mr McLean is much better and the recordings are very clear. Blessings to the ministry of Fellowship of the Performing Arts and thank you for these excellent recordings. Was also impressed with how relatively quickly the order came through to Australia from the USA.

I like the Listener's Bible; however, I was hoping to get it in the New King James. Also, I thought that it might have a search engine, whereby you could go directly to a Bible verse. My reason for wanting this is I teach the Word of God and this makes it easier to study. Having said all that I do enjoy the voice of Max McLean and I am happy that I purchased the product.
